T shirt designer

I'm wanting to find someone to help me design customised shirts for my Personal Training business. I have very specific ideas of what I'm wanting and I'm unsure where to start or how to order. I am wanting oversized, drop shoulder tshirts with a high neck line, and good quality soft cotton heavy weight fabric.
