I need a tech pack designer

We are a start-up company called NIX & Co. We are just getting started but we know what we want and we need some one to help us create a tech pack to submit to our manufacturer. It is very simple right now. I need to design a basic sweatshirt and joggers (sweatpants). I would also like long sleeved t-shirts. We are a children's line. So the sizing will be 6 mo, 9 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo, 24 mo, 2-5T. We need our own label sewn into the clothing. I'm not really sure what all you need from me at this point.
