I need a t-shirt designer

I am trying to design a T-shirt (left chest pocket area only) that will include "Third annual Watson wiffle ball tournament" with the date "July 4, 2023" under. I attached an idea that I like but would need adapted with my ideas. Please note I will only be making these in one color (white iron on vinyl). Final file must be .JPG or .PNG. Thank you!
