I need a T-shirt designer -- 2

Looking for a T-shirt design for "Operation Turkey Drop". We raise money for the local food bank by dropping stress ball turkeys. It's an aviation theme as it started as a joke between (gullible) co-workers that thet airdrop turkeys at Thanksgiving. We used custom ink for a simple design last year and looking to up our game.
