I need a fashion designer to help for school fundraising

This seems seems silly to some people but I started a club called the Spicy Shirt Club and it became the most successful club with 60 active members we have done things like Lube Arm Wrestling, dance competitions where the winner gets to cut someone hair, pie eating competitions and more. What i'm trying to do is design a shirt based off our schools mascot and that also has the name of our school. I have a few ideas in mind but am not skilled at design yet, but I am trying. My goal is to get them out before winter break which is a little over a month away,
