design for t-shirt

I am looking to hire a designer who can create an Illustrative design for a t-shirt that appeals to all ages. I have no specific colors in mind, so am open to any creative ideas from the designer. The design should capture the spirit of the message I want to convey. The ideal designer should be able to understand my vision and produce a high quality design that meets all of my requirements for this project.
