Vibrant 5th Grade Graduation T-Shirt Creation

I'm after a creative and experienced designer to create a fun and whimsical design for 5th grade graduation t-shirts.
Key Requirements:
- Design needs to have the green EDNA logo with 68 names written either in the green hors (or another exciting hors) or in the EDNA letters, or in the negative space.
needs to include 2023-24 (in some format)
Ideal Candidate:
