Tshirt designer

I'm looking for a talented t-shirt designer to help me create a unique and eye-catching collage design for my new business venture. Conceptually, I have something in mind but I don't have any artwork ready. The successful designer must be able to take my instructions, visually interpret them and create a design that stands out from the rest. This design will become integral to my business and hence, require a fair amount of creativity and effort.
