Techpacks for T-shirts

Hello, I am looking for someone to create a series of techpacks for t-shirts with my specific designs. The t-shirt fabric will be 15% linen and 85 % cotton and the style will be classic fit (with a boy friend look to it). I already have the designs in mind but need help creating a detailed techpack that will include every aspect from type of fabric to measurements and placements for embroidery and other accents. The techpack should also include a one-page overview of the minute details about the design and production of the t-shirts. This project includes a budget for any graphic design needed.
