T-Shirt Designs

I am looking for somebody who would be able to draw nice pictures and create professional designs (from scratch) for T-shirts and other clothes. The ideas for drawings will be provided by me and all I need is a person who takes my comments into consideration and turns them into unique designs. Just to give you a general idea of what the drawings are going to look like I am attaching already existing works that resemble the concept of designs.
