T-Shirt Design

I am looking for a talented designer to create a unique and eye-catching t-shirt design.
I’m looking Tulsi Gabbard, in a cartoon style. I have several reference examples that I'd like to share to give a clear idea of the direction I’m aiming for. If this design turns out well, I’d love to collaborate further, as I have around 15 additional T-shirt designs in mind. Let me know if you're interested, and we can discuss the details. I really like the text on the second image (thumb_image (1).png). Ideally, the final design should resemble that text style, with similar imagery - but in a more refined and stylized way. It should strike a balance between artistic detail and realism, avoiding anything too cartoony.
Ideal candidates will have:
- A strong portfolio of t-shirt designs
- Excellent understanding of color schemes
- Ability to create designs suitable for various themes
