Need a cool designer for T-Shirt, (Funny)

i am a owner of a manufacturing facility, we currently have 30 employees and i want to create cool t-shirts, i want our logo + our values, but in cool funny design... for example..

- Welding Trailers with awesomeness,
- Trailers welded freaken strong
- Welded another unit like a boss,
- Proud welder for the iCon Boys,
- Stay Down i am a iCon
- Psalm 23
-Big or small, we build them all
-Excellent Quality built in Texas
-Small town, big goals
