Need a T-Shirt Design

Looking for a design for our Ems Company Sports Team. We are the "Boo Boo Ballers" an wanting T-Shirt design we can use to raise "funds" on a shirt as we are a rural volunteer agency we can barely afford to keep our ambulances up let alone assist in sports club.

Thinking a "skeletal fella popping out of the back of one of our ambulances pointing.....in a "I challenge you pose?" Maybe as a Caricature type style
