Looking For A Designer For Ladies T-Shirt Collection

I am looking to hire a skilled and creative designer to create a series of seven ladies' t-shirts featuring different neighborhoods throughout Boston.

Artwork is to be hand-drawn, and have a quick doodle effect like the image attached.
