Generate and Create T Shirts for Programmers

I have an Instagram page where I sell funny coding-themed t shirts. I need someone who will generate new design ideas for t shirts and create those designs for me.
Ideally someone with some understanding of computer science so they can create new jokes, and also someone with experience in t shirt design. Must be fluent in English.
