Fair and ethical trade with t-shirts, masks, tote bags

We are two freelancers partners currently living in Mumbai. I am french and my partner is indian. We created "Frenchawaywithaxelle" (you can check out on Instragram, we have already 12,5k) with the aim of creating a francophone community. Recently, we started to design some patterns, and we would like to print / sew it on t-shirts, masks and tote bags. We are looking for some freelancers who can make and/or sell printed/sewed t-shirts in an ethical way. For us, it's important to do a fair trade.
