Extracting T-Shirt Designs from links and putting those designs on Blank T-Shirt Designs -- 2

I am looking for a freelancer who can extract both text-based and image-based designs from links and put those designs on blank T-shirt designs. The ideal candidate should have experience in graphic design and be familiar with T-shirt printing techniques.
Requirements:
- Ability to extract and manipulate both text-based and image-based designs.
- WE NEED THE EXACTLY SAME DESIGNS AS IN THE LINKS. NO CHANGES IN THE DESIGNS. THE DESIGNS CAN BE COMPLEX OR SIMPLE.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator or Canva
- Attention to detail and ability to recreate designs accurately
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Quantity:
- The client needs more than 10 T-shirt designs to be created
