Creative T-Shirt Design Required

shirt, I'm trying to design a shirt for fundraising purposes that all profits will be going towards training purposes. Our department is Hampstead Fire department and our organization is Hampstead Fireman's association. I would like our shirts to be approachable and well received for the general public. There will be two shirt designs that I would eventually like to start one revolving around breast cancer and the other one without breast cancer awareness. Right Now I would like to focus on the design with breast cancer awareness. I would like a clean front with a Maltese cross Maybe with our departments initials HFD. Back of the shirt I really don't know what I want possibly something with our old fire engine (see picture below) Below I will also put pictures of shirt design I'm looking for. I really don't know what is best for shirt designs so any recommendations I would appreciate. Some designs that I like will be posted below as well.
