Create a unique T-Shirt Design for a Print On Demand Business

We are looking for a talented and creative freelance designer to work with us on a trial basis. Our current project is focused on designing unique and eye-catching t-shirts for online print-on-demand brands, targeting audiences in Ireland with designs based on Irish cultures. If the designs meet our expectations, this could turn into a long-term working relationship.
Objective:
Our aim is to create an online print-on-demand brand that offers unique and eye-catching t-shirt designs based on Irish cultures. We are looking for a designer who can research and develop original ideas that are not commonly available online.
Scope of Work:
Create unique and original t-shirt designs that are based on Irish cultures and suitable for printing on demand.
Ensure that all designs are original and not copied from existing designs or copyrighted content.
Research and keep updated with the latest design trends to create designs that are relevant and attractive to our target audience.
Requirements:
The designer should have at least 2 years of experience in graphic design, t-shirt design, or print-on-demand services.
The designer should be able to communicate well in English and have the ability to understand our requirements effectively.
The designer should be able to work with us on a flexible basis, adjusting to changes in design requirements and deadlines.
There will be a 10-15 minute briefing call for each project, which will not be paid for. After the initial few jobs, there may not be a need for a briefing call if the designer understands our needs properly.
The designer should not use copyrighted content or duplicated designs in their work.
Deliverables:
A minimum of 3 design options per brief for us to choose from.
High-resolution files in PNG, PDF, and SVG format.
The design source file in case we need to make any changes in the future.
Future Potential:
In the future, we may require design services for another print-on-demand brand that focuses on engineers and doctors.
