Create/design T-shirt

Hi,
I am looking for someone to design my t-shirts.
The first step it would define/create the t-shirt form, for example, reduce the size of sleeve t-shirt, change the lower line of the t-shirt, add an elastic edge in the sleeve....using a design software for example photoshop.
The second step, it would be add logo, brand and some picture or phrase in the t-shirt.
