Build me a design for a t-shirt

I want to print a personalized t-shirt for my boyfriend for Christmas with all the little references to our inside jokes in it! I was attracted to inspirations of Anime backgrounds or architecture (I have loads of references and the complete list of inside jokes!)
I do apologize, but would it at all be possible to complete before the 16th of December?
