Job Description:
We are Long Mile Inc, a growing U.S.-based trucking company seeking a remote Filipino Safety & Compliance Assistant to help us maintain high safety standards, DOT compliance, and driver support.
You will be responsible for assisting with FMCSA/DOT regulations, driver qualification files and ensuring the company is always audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and update driver qualification files (DQFs)
• Manage ELD logs and HOS (Hours of Service) compliance
• Conduct regular checks for violations, form & manner errors
• Support with IFTA reporting and records
• Assist in aUpgrade to see actual info reporting, drug/alcohol test records
• Schedule and follow up on safety training for drivers
• Track truck maintenance and inspection schedules
• Prepare for audits (DOT, FMCSA, insurance)
• Submit documents for insurance and regulatory filings
• Report safety KPI metrics to management weekly

Qualifications:
• Prior experience with U.S. trucking safety & compliance
• Familiar with FMCSA/DOT rules and terminology
• Knowledge of ELD systems (e.g., Motive, Samsara, KeepTruckin, etc.)
• Good understanding of IFTA, IRP, UCR, CSA scores
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Reliable internet and computer setup

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in U.S. trucking safety/compliance
• Able to work US time zone (CST/EST)
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and file management
• Fast learner and proactive communicator
• Must pass interview and reference check
• Bonus: Experience with driver onboarding or dispatch

Work Schedule:
• Full-time (40 hours/week) ( 8:00AM - 05:00 PM EST)
• Monday–Friday, with flexibility during weekends if needed
