Responsibilities:

Answer driver calls and messages
Track loads, tickets, and job updates
Communicate with customers when needed
Report delays, issues, or missing tickets
Keep dispatch information organized and updated
Requirements:
Dispatching or trucking experience preferred
Good communication skills
Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp, email, and basic computer tools
Available to work nights consistently
