Moving Heavy Bookshelf 4 km

I am looking for someone experienced in transporting and moving heavy furniture to help me move a bookshelf that is between 100-200 kg and measures between 1m x 1m to 2m x 2m. I do not require assistance with disassembling and reassembling the bookshelf, but there is a specific date and time for the move.
