G suite troubleshooting

I am in need of a freelancer who can troubleshoot my G Suite email issue. I am experiencing difficulty receiving emails, while sending is ok, and there is an error message displayed when attempting to do so. I have not attempted any troubleshooting steps yet and am unsure of what to try. The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience with G Suite and be able to diagnose and resolve email issues efficiently. Additionally, excellent communication skills are required as I will need updates throughout the troubleshooting process.
