IT consultant for Spam issue for hotels mails

We are hosting our emails with Gandi.net which is where our website registered.
We have quite a big issue these days as 95% of our hotel mails end up in guests Spam box so we are practically unable to communicate with guests, respond to booking requests etc…
We wrote to Gandi about it and the answer I received is below.
We need your help to solve this issue for us as it really impacts our operations.
