Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (PST Shift)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only (Role closing this week)
Requirements:
Total Experience: 8 to 11 years.
Core Skills: 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM.
Module Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Benefits and Compensation.
Integrations: Hands-on experience with Studio, PECI, EIB, and Core Connectors is a major plus.
Time Zone: Must be comfortable working the US PST shift.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as a functional expert for Workday HCM, Benefits, and Compensation.
Configure, troubleshoot, and manage enhancements/change requests.
Build and support Workday integrations (Studio/PECI).
Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
Note:
Candidates from Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, or JNTU graduates are not eligible for this specific role.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
