I run my day-to-day work entirely on Windows and I’m ready to delegate two recurring pain points: keeping every application fully patched and jumping on the inevitable glitches that appear after an update. Your focus will be simple but critical—handle the rollout of software updates across my machine(s) and step in immediately when something breaks.

Here’s what success looks like to me:

• Proactive monitoring of Windows and third-party update channels, with a clear plan for when and how each patch will be installed.
• Hands-on troubleshooting whenever an application misbehaves post-update—whether that means rolling back, tweaking settings, or researching known-issue work-arounds.
• Fast, plain-English summaries so I always know what changed, why it mattered, and how you fixed (or prevented) any issues.

All work happens inside a Windows environment, so fluent navigation of its settings, registry, Event Viewer, and built-in recovery tools is essential. If you already use common remote-support utilities (e.g., TeamViewer or AnyDesk) that’s a plus, but I’m open to alternatives as long as connections remain secure.

Deliverables I will review each week:
1. A brief log of updates applied and any that were deferred, with justification.
2. A ticket-style rundown of problems encountered and the exact steps you took to resolve them.
3. Recommendations for future preventive tweaks or scheduling adjustments.
