Windows Software Troubleshooting Help
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I’m looking for a savvy Windows specialist who can jump in remotely, diagnose software-level issues, and get my machine running smoothly again. The focus is pure troubleshooting and repair—no hardware work, no network cabling—just digging into the OS and installed applications to find what’s going wrong and fix it.
What I expect:
• Pinpoint and resolve crashes, error messages, or sluggish performance on Windows 10/11.
• Apply or roll back updates and patches as needed to stabilise the system.
• Clean up conflicting drivers or leftover registry entries that might be causing conflicts.
• Document the steps you took so I can reference them later.
I’ll provide remote-access details and a quick rundown of the symptoms before you begin. If we identify deeper issues, I’m happy to schedule additional sessions, but the initial engagement is strictly for troubleshooting and repair on Windows.
