Urgent FortiSOAR Troubleshooting

My FortiSOAR instance has hit a snag that I haven’t been able to resolve, and I need an experienced Fortinet-savvy engineer to dive in, diagnose the root cause, and get the platform stable again. This is strictly a troubleshooting engagement—installation and fresh configuration are already complete.

You’ll receive remote access to the appliance along with recent logs, playbooks, and screenshots so you can reproduce the problem. At this stage I don’t yet know whether the fault lies in connectivity, performance, or an integration glitch; I need you to pinpoint it, correct it, then walk me through the steps you took so I can avoid a repeat.

Deliverables (concise and specific):
• Detailed root-cause report
• Implemented fix verified in the live environment
• Short hand-off document summarising actions, CLI/GUI changes, and any follow-up recommendations
