Time Machine Data Restoration

I need a skilled professional to restore over 500GB of data from a Time Machine backup on an iMac 14,3 running Sequoia with OpenCore Legacy Patcher. The OCLP has been broken due to an inadvertent update to Tahoe. OCLP cannot do root patching as it thinks some update is in progress. The solution could be to delete snapshots or do a fresh install and restore. I have tried multiple times - got the iMac to clean Sequoia install on OCLP. But as soon as I migrate data the screen goes white and machine become patchy.
