Stacks Tutoring for SNP Calling

I'm a beginner in bioinformatics and I'm working with a GBS-Restriction Enzyme dataset. I need help learning how to use Stacks to find and call SNPs. I'm currently encountering data preprocessing errors and keep running into problems on my own. I would like a tutor to guide me through the process.
