Local First-Line Support Engineers Needed for Driving Simulators

Our driving simulators will soon be installed at customer sites in multiple countries, and we are looking for reliable, locally based engineers who can provide on-site first-line support when needed.

This assignment is strictly for basic field diagnostics and first response. When called, you would travel to the customer site, connect to the system, carry out a short diagnostic routine, and send a concise report by email outlining your findings.

Core checks you will be asked to perform:

Verify stable power delivery to the simulator and all related peripherals
Confirm that the motion platform, displays, and driver controls power up and respond correctly
Inspect the host PC and identify whether the issue appears to be caused by hardware, cabling, or software startup failure

At this stage, we are not asking for component replacement or deep repair work. The role is limited to practical first-line troubleshooting using observation, a multimeter, and common-sense diagnostic checks, so that our headquarters team can determine the next action.

When replying, please indicate:

Which country or region you can cover
Your typical response time for an on-site visit
Any previous experience with arcade machines, simulators, motion systems, or related electronics

Clear email communication and good photographic evidence are essential parts of the hand-off.
