On-Site Antminer Troubleshooter
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I operate several Antminer rigs in Sugar Land, TX and they have begun shutting down unpredictably. The main symptoms are repeated power failures and the units dropping off the network. I have already restarted the miners, swapped power supplies, and redone the network settings, yet the issue persists.
What I need is an on-site specialist who can quickly track down the underlying fault, repair or replace any faulty boards, fans, or PSUs, and restore each unit to its full hash rate. Once the hardware is stable, you’ll also confirm every miner is correctly pointed to the pool, update firmware if needed, and tidy up the small status database that feeds my dashboard.
You should be comfortable with Antminer internals, basic Ethernet networking (static IPs, switch configuration, DHCP), pool stratum configurations, and light database maintenance. If you run into something unfamiliar but can learn and execute safely, that works for me—just be transparent about it.
Deliverables
1. All miners running at rated hash for 72 consecutive hours and visible in the pool.
2. Clear record of every repair, replacement, and configuration change performed.
3. A concise preventative-maintenance checklist I can follow going forward.
Parts purchases will be approved separately; bring along any common consumables you keep in stock. I’m hoping this visit leads to an ongoing maintenance relationship if things go well.
