Resolve Google Workspace account creation Loop

My Google Workspace that has never finished it setup. We want to apply the smallest plan to start after recovering the account.

It has hit a wall. I manage several personal and business profiles and I’m now trapped in an endless sign-in loop: password resets bounce me straight back to a loop that won’t allow correction recovery links redirect to other accounts, and the admin console is completely out of reach.

There might be a simple fix by inputting text into my domain mx record if we could access this recovery method

The core problem is multiple-account confusion—some profiles overlap, others conflict, and I’m no longer sure which credentials control which inbox. I need an experienced Google Workspace troubleshooter to:

• Break the login loop and restore full access to my primary admin account
• Map every existing Google profile, identify duplicates or orphaned accounts, and cleanly merge or separate them as appropriate
• Make switching between accounts seamless (no more unexpected permission errors)
• Confirm email and drive services are syncing once access is back
• Provide a short hand-off note so I can maintain the setup without repeat lockouts
