RSA Deployment Field Technician Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m rolling out Apkudo’s RSA system at multiple customer sites and need one dedicated technician who can stay with the project from the first rack-and-stack through steady-state support. The commitment is 3–6 months and will involve rotating between a small set of locations where installs are happening in parallel.
Core focus is hands-on installation and troubleshooting. You should already be comfortable with:
• Hardware setup
• Software configuration
• Network issues resolution
An intermediate level of experience is plenty—what matters most is a knack for solving problems in the field and the willingness to learn the finer details of the product while we deploy it.
Typical workflow
– Arrive on-site for each installation, working alongside Apkudo engineers and the OEM team.
– Tackle first-day issues quickly so the system reaches functional status.
– Remain on location during the early weeks to address follow-up tickets that would normally trigger dispatches.
– Gradually transition to remote diagnostics once the site stabilises.
– Capture every repeatable step and create clear manuals so future techs can follow the same process.
– Keep an open channel with both Apkudo HQ and the OEM, sharing progress, logs, and any roadblocks.
Deliverables
1. Fully operational RSA installs at all assigned sites.
2. Issue tracker showing closed trouble tickets for the early-stage period.
3. A concise, site-specific operations manual covering install, triage and remote-support procedures.
Travel costs and scheduling details will be finalised after we agree on milestones, but plan on being largely on-site for the first half of the engagement. If this fits your skill set and availability, let’s talk.
