Novellus 200mm Equipment Expert Needed
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I run a equipment refurbishment and upgrade design center that engineers Applied Materials, Lam Research and Novellus Systems 200 mm tools and need a seasoned equipment engineer or technician to recreate systems to peak specification. You should already have hands-on experience stripping down, rebuilding, calibrating and qualifying these exact platforms—diagnosing recurring alarms, refining preventive- schedules, and guiding teammates with full rebuilds either remotely or on site.
The timetable is flexible; depth of know-how is more important than speed. When you respond, focus on your direct 200mm Equipment background—model names you have supported, typical problems you have solved, and measurable results you achieved. I do not need a formal proposal; clear evidence of experience will be enough.
Deliverables we will agree on together:
• Diagnostic action plan with recommended parts list
• Live troubleshooting or on-site intervention until tool performance meets spec
• Concise hand-off report so my team can sustain the improvements
Fluency with Novellus OEM software, tool-side diagnostics, FabGuard or similar monitoring utilities is expected. Once we confirm fit, we can map out access requirements, any travel, and a sensible milestone structure.
