Need to be desktop support engineer

I am in need of a desktop support engineer who can help me troubleshoot hardware issues for more than 7 devices. I have some ideas about the specific issues that I need assistance with, but may need help in diagnosing other issues as they arise. The ideal candidate should have experience with hardware troubleshooting as well as software installation and configuration. I am looking to hire an individual who can commit to resolving issues in a timely manner.
