Lenovo Field Support Engineer (Mumbai)
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need an experienced Field Support Engineer who can travel to client sites around Santacruz East, Mumbai and resolve hardware issues on Lenovo systems. Your day-to-day work will centre on laptops—diagnosing problems, swapping faulty motherboards or display panels, and getting machines back in service quickly.
Beyond the core laptop focus, you should be comfortable repairing or replacing RAM, hard drives and other accessories, as well as troubleshooting All-in-One PCs, desktops and high-performance workstations when they come up. Complex cases may involve coordinating with my engineering team, so clear communication is essential.
Deliverables
• On-site diagnosis reports for each callout
• Successful component replacement or repair (motherboard, display, RAM, HDD/SSD, etc.)
• Post-repair validation that the system boots, runs stress tests, and passes Lenovo diagnostics
Acceptance criteria
• Every assigned ticket closed within the agreed SLA
• Clean, photo-documented before/after evidence of part replacements
• No return visits for the same issue within 7 days of sign-off
