Legacy JS/Cordova App Fix

I need to fix a legacy JavaScript/Cordova application. Compatibility needs to be increased from Android versions 10-13 to 9-16. When compatibility is increased, accessing the filesystem is problematic, causing file write errors. Other functionalities might also be affected, but we can't determine that until the file write issues are resolved.

Collaboration must be in person, and only proposals from Lombardy (Italy) and Ticino (Switzerland) will be considered.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Extensive experience with Cordova and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Android OS and its permissions model
- Experience with legacy applications and troubleshooting complex issues
- Ability to work collaboratively in person
