Jetpack VideoPress Trouble shooting

I have had jetpack installed for a couple of years but finding old videos are not playing, saying they are set to private, they aren't.

Im not hearing anything from support although my account is active and urgently looking for experience to fix this.

I have also disconnected and reconnected my account.
