Java Web App L2 Support Coaching -- 2
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I have a series of L2 application-support interviews coming up and I want to walk in sounding like someone who has already spent years on the job. The roles focus on web applications running on a Java stack, so I’m looking for a mentor who can share genuine, real-time experience: how tickets arrive, which logs you pull first, what metrics matter, and where you usually find the root cause.
I’d like our sessions to feel like the daily stand-ups and war-rooms that actually happen in production environments. That means screen-sharing while we recreate incidents, stepping through JVM thread dumps, reviewing SQL slow-query logs, debating whether the issue lives in the code, the container, or the underlying infrastructure, and then drafting the kind of crisp RCA report hiring managers love to see.
Deliverables I’m aiming for:
• Three mock interview calls (45-60 min each) with immediate feedback
• A walkthrough of at least two real troubleshooting scenarios, recorded so I can replay them
• A concise cheat-sheet of L2 Java web-app questions and model answers that we refine together
If you keep automation tools, monitoring dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk), or CI/CD pipelines in your regular workflow, weave those into the conversation as well—I want my talking points to feel natural, not rehearsed.
