Hydraulic Press Performance Inspection
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My shop’s 200-ton hydraulic press has begun producing an uneven press force that is affecting product quality. I need a certified hydraulic-systems professional who can come on-site, run a full diagnostic, and pinpoint the root cause of the performance issue.
Scope of work
• Conduct a systematic inspection of the entire press: power unit, valves, cylinders, hoses, filtration, and control logic.
• Measure and log pressure, flow, and temperature at all test ports to verify whether the uneven force stems from inconsistent pressure, internal leakage, or a control fault.
• Check alignment and structural components to rule out any mechanical binding.
• Provide a concise report explaining findings, data readings, and photographs where useful, followed by step-by-step corrective recommendations (parts, tolerances, torque specs, fluid type/grade, and any calibration steps).
Acceptance criteria
• Clear identification of the component(s) causing the force imbalance.
• Actionable repair or adjustment plan that restores the press to rated force uniformity.
• Post-repair verification procedure outlined so my maintenance team can confirm the fix.
The press is currently offline so you will have full access; just let me know any special test equipment or software you plan to bring so we can prepare the workspace and electrical hookups in advance.
