PC Game Startup Troubleshooting

My favourite PC game has suddenly refused to launch. Until a few days ago it ran flawlessly, but now the executable does nothing—no crash dialog, no splash screen, just silence. I have retried the usual basics — re-installing the game, verifying files, rebooting—yet the title still won’t start and I can’t isolate the root cause.

I’m looking for someone who can:
• Pinpoint why the game won’t start on my Windows machine.
• Guide me through concrete fixes (registry edits, missing redistributables, driver roll-backs, command-line flags, etc.) until the game launches normally again.
• Supply a brief summary of what went wrong so I can avoid the issue in future.

A live screen-share or step-by-step written instructions are both fine; whichever gets the job done fastest. Experience with DirectX/Visual C++ runtimes, Steam or Epic verification tools, Event Viewer logs and crash-dump analysis will be valuable here.
