Fix WHMCS 503 Error

I'm experiencing a 503 error when trying to open a new ticket on my WHMCS installation. This issue started a few days ago.
Error logs show proxy_fcgi: Failed to read FastCGI header / Connection reset by peer and PHP-FPM SIGSEGV crashes on ticket submit.
Requirements:
- Experience with WHMCS and PHP
- Ability to diagnose and fix server-related issues
The issue is isolated to ticket opening; no recent changes or updates have been made on my end.
