Fix ThinkPad Integrated Camera

My Lenovo ThinkPad’s built-in camera powers on but never shows an image—every app just displays a blank preview. I confirmed the device is listed as “enabled” in Windows Device Manager and I have not installed any recent updates or new software that might explain the fault. I honestly don’t know whether the camera ever worked on this laptop, so I need a thorough check rather than a quick roll-back.
