Fix Power Automate Workflow

I'm seeking an expert to fix a Power Automate application where the workflow is not triggering. The issue started after I changed the email address used to notify users of data. Currently, the application is integrated with Outlook. Application involves two Excel Forms - one which data is entered and one that indicates if data is acceptable. The tables are tied together and all the data is contained in one table.
