You’ll have remote access to the computer to run diagnostics, inspect event logs, check for stuck COM or DDE calls, and rule out background services or conflicting startup items. Once the culprit is identified, I expect the fix applied, a short summary of what was wrong, and clear steps I can follow if it ever re-appears.
