Fix Moodle Website Connection Issue

I'm experiencing connectivity issues between my Moodle platform on my server (digitalocean) and my website (godaddy). Everything was functioning properly until a recent server configuration change. I tried to connect my moodle platform to my website and incorproate a ssl but for some reason the programming is not working. Now, I'm unable to access my website at all.

Requirements:
