Fix LiteSpeed Cache & QUIC.cloud Issue

My website is experiencing issues with LiteSpeed Cache and QUIC.cloud integration. I need someone to fix the caching problems and ensure proper connectivity with QUIC.cloud.

Current Issues:
- Error message: "QUIC.cloud service nodes cannot reach your WP REST endpoints. Please check your WordPress or firewall setup."
- Page and image caching are not functioning correctly.
